How long is the show?
Chess is approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes, including intermission.

Do you offer rush and lottery tickets?
Chess will offer $49 digital-lottery and in-person rush tickets for all performances, subject to availability. The digital lottery opens at 12:00 a.m. the day before each performance at rush.telecharge.com and closes at 3:00 p.m., with winners drawn at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Winners may purchase up to two tickets for $49 each. A limited number of same-day in-person rush tickets will also be available at 10:00 a.m. daily (12:00 p.m. Sundays) at the Imperial Theatre; limit two tickets per person.

Are there accessible seats?
Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating location.
